Handyman Technician

Responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties across facilities, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and cleaning tasks. Must be skilled with hand tools, able to troubleshoot minor issues, and provide timely solutions to maintain a safe and functional environment.

Facility Maintenance

Responsible for general facility upkeep with a focus on painting, pressure washing, and basic repairs. Duties include interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, minor carpentry, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. Must be skilled with hand tools and power washers, and able to perform physical tasks efficiently.
